Rights
On 12/7/2004, Brian (bassist) sent the following email granting permission:
Hello, my band (Tradition Dies Here) from Washington DC would like to give permission for the internet archive to hold, host, and distribute our music as they see fit. Anything placed on your servers can be used directly directly by the "Internet Archive" for any means commercial or non commercial. The license for third parties or people downloading music from your site would be closest to the " Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike " license. In other words, anything non commercial is fair game. Any problems with this?
I would love to see our music be able to help archive.org in any way possible.
Sincerely,
Brian; Bassist - "Tradition Dies Here"
